7th Grade dates for Sea Camp 2010 will be March 24-26. We are set to arrive at 1pm on the 24th and depart at 1pm on the 26th.
The deposit will be $75 and is due by September 11th with the sign up form.
Expect to see a sign up form the first week of September as well as information from Sea Camp.
The total cost for the Sea Camp program will be approximately $421
The Newfound Harbor Marine Institute at Seacamp has over 40 years of history offering an educational program offering a range of subjects with hands-on participation. The program offers field experience for young people and demonstrates connections between organisms on land and in the ocean as well as the complexity of the ecological, social, cultural and economic issues facing the world's citizens.
Currently we are exploring fundraising ideas to cover the cost of the bus to take us to Sea Camp. I will shortly be putting together a committee to run the fundraising effort.
